Located adjacent to the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge with onsite water access, SES offers kayak and surfboard sales and rentals, as well as kayak tours and surfing lessons. A variety of kayaking tours are available that bring you face to face with spectacular displays of sea and wildlife, including eco tours of the unique Back Bay, ocean tours of the Atlantic, sunrise and sunset tours, and dinner tours. A retail store offers outdoor sports accessories and clothing.

This 456-acre recreational facility features two lakes, wetlands areas, trails for hiking and biking, fishing, non-motorized boating, picnic areas, children's playground, primitive camping, tent cabins and a beautiful nature center, including a conference room and a classroom available for reservation. Ask about special nature programs or check the website for up-to-date information. Park open year-round: Nature Center closed on Mondays.

Seatack Recreation Center is a 22,000 square foot center. Facilities include a gymnasium, multi-purpose room, indoor swimming pool, banquet kitchen, youth game room and vending area. The center also offers a 5 day a week senior program. To participate in most activities you will need a valid Membership Card or a daily pass. Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30 am - 9:00 pm Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Sunday, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (Note: 6:30 – 8:30 am is for adults only and applies to the gym, fitness area and pool. All other areas open at 8:30 am. All program areas close 15 minutes prior to the building closing.)
