The elegant 99 Main restaurant offers the sophisticated diner an exquisite dining experience with a creative French flair. The tempting soups and salads offer unique choices such as a pumpkin bisque with creme fraiche, hot and sour duck soup and baby spinach and prosciutto salad with asparagus tips and roasted tomatoes. Chef Aengus Channon boasts specialties such as roasted leg of lamb served with ratatouille and potatoes gratine or beef Wellington with portobello mushrooms, spinach, bleu cheese and perigueux sauce served with potatoes gratine and asparagus, coq au vin served with mashed potatoes or a tempting grilled rib eye steak finished with a sauce of portobello mushrooms and warmed oysters and served with pommes frites.
